“Sh*t” I groaned “So some b*stard is taking powers, that’s worrying”
“Yeah tell me about it but we’ll talk about it later, I want to relax with Madelyn”
‘I’ll go get her”
When I walked into the bedroom, I found out girl sitting at the vanity pulling her hair up into a high ponytail.
She was wearing the dress Jax’s had picked out and my eyes scanned her body, she was so hot, I couldn’t wait to f*ck her.
‘You look beautiful’ I told her as I approached and she smiled
‘You look really nice too’
‘Thanks, I know’ I joked and she giggled.
I felt myself relaxing at the sound, I was determined to never see her cry again.
I looked over her jewelry collection we’d gotten her today and grabbed one of the diamond bracelets
‘Here, put this on too’
Maddies eyes widened as she slowly rose her hand
‘But it was so expensive’ She said nervously ‘What if I lose it’
‘Then you lose it’ I shrugged and clapped it over her wrist, making sure to check on her skin, she was finally all healed and I felt a rush of relief flow through me ‘We’ll just get you a new one, are you ready?’
‘I guess’ She answered and stood up but she gripped the bottom of her dress and tried to pull it down more.
I laughed and took her hand ‘Leave it alone, you look amazing’
‘I can’t even bend over in this dress’ She commented as I lead her from the room.
‘Good’ Jax’s said, he’d been leaning against the wall in the hallway ‘The only time I want you bent over is when one of us is behind you’
‘Jaxson!’ Maddie blushed and looked at her feet, making us both laugh
‘We could always skip the club and go back into the bedroom and bend you over now’ I commented as I longingly ran my eyes over that sweet body of hers
Maddie blushed bright red ‘Are we going or not?’ She said quickly and rushed down the hall and causing Jax’s and I to burst out laughing, she was so cute.
‘When we get home then’ Jax commented softly.
Once we got into the elevator, Jax went behind Maddie and hugged her tightly and breathed in her scent.
“I missed you so much today” He told her “Did you have fun shopping”
“Well I had fun spending time with Koda” She responded “Does that count?”
“Does to me” Koda smirked
“Evet was really nice”
“Is she?” I teased my cousin “Lies, all lies, the girls actually crazy”
Madelyn giggled but then she turned and looked at both of us “Should I introduce myself to her dad?” She asked “Are there anymore family members?”
Koda and I looked at each other nervously
“Um, baby” Koda said uncomfortably “You won’t ever meet Fenrir”
“Why not?’ She asked as the elevator reached the bottom and the doors opened but I reached over and closed the doors again and pressed the stop button “What’s wrong?”
“Madelyn” I said to her “Our uncle is responsable for the war”
“He is locked up” Koda added “We don’t talk about him and it would hurt Evy and our father to bring him up so please don’t mention him again”
“We’ll have a proper sit down and tell you everything that we know” I told her “But our father didn’t really tell us everything, he always said he’d go into real details once we took the throne so there are details that not ever Cody and I know but either way, we’ll never let you anywhere near someone so dangerous”
“Oh” She said
“I know you must have been excited to have more family” Koda commented and touched her arm “But trust us, he isn’t family material”
“Besides” I smiled “You have us, we’re your family now, come on, let’s go”
I reached over and opened the elevator doors again and together we exited.
MADELYNS POV
I was nervous about going out to the club but excited to see more of the city at night, I’d always loved lights and I couldn’t help but lean over Jaxsons lap in the car to look out the window at all the bright lights whizzing past us.
I could feel Jaxson playing with my hair and I enjoyed the sensation, as well as his scent, I didn’t realise how much I’d missed it and him while he’d been at work today.
I could hear the boys talking about some drinks they wanted me to try but I was more focused on all the outside stimulation, the city really was stunning and the revelation about Fenrir, I wish I’d known this before I brought him up to Evet, I hope I didn’t hurt her by asking about him
Finally we pulled up at a huge black glassed building with a long line and several very tall, very scarry looking Lycans guarding the entrance.
Koda climbed out and offered me his hand which I happily took and I climbed out after him, making sure to pull the bottom of my dress down again as it had risen up a little.
As we walked to the front doors, Jaxson took my other hand and I blushed a little, it was very rare for someone to have multiple mates, as twins were rare in our world and it made me a little self conscious about what others would think.
‘Good evening Alphas’ A large man with a long scruffy beard greeted them ‘Is this our lovely new Luna I’ve been hearing about all day?’
‘She is’ Jaxson smiled and kissed my hand ‘Madelyn, this is Roger, he runs the club for us’
“Hello” I smiled nervously, he was nearly as big as the twins and just as wide set but his kind eyes put me a little at ease
“Hello Luna” He smiled “Go on in, I’ve had your table prepared”
“Good man” Koda nodded “Thanks”
We walked in ahead of everyone else in the line and just like today at lunch when we’d cut the line, I felt a little rude.
“Do you own this club?” I asked them to distract myself from a girl glaring at me
“One of many” Koda answered and waved to a bald man through a door to a coat room but neither of the twins relinquished their jackets and I didn’t bring one so we kept walking.
“This is our favourite one though” Jax told me.
