As Eric walks away backward, he is looking right at me and says, “See you later Jade.” before he laughs and turns around to run off with his group.
I didn’t even realize that I was crying, Tate reaches over and brushes a tear away with his thumb and says, “Are you ok Jade, really ok, where are you hurt?”
“I am ok, just scared. I didn’t expect to see them again, and here they are the very next day. I was alone and I got away three times until Eric tackled me to the ground and I couldn’t get up. Thank you so much for coming for me.” I tell him and reach up to give him a tight hug and cry harder. I was so scared, I am still scared, but I am better because my friends are with me, and I feel so much safer now.
“Jessica came running up to us and told us what was happening and then we tracked the boys down. I am sorry it took us two minutes to find them and then another two to get here. From now on, we will stay together, I am not letting that pack of dumbasses get anywhere near you again.” Bree tells me.
“I didn’t think they would be here either, but a lot of wolves like to hang out here on Spring Break. Let’s go back to the boat. I want to tell Tyler what happened and let him know that Eric and his group are here too.” Tate says.
“I was so scared when I saw he had you pinned down Jade. He is such a pervert. You can tell he has a thing for you. What a creep” Bree says as we start walking back towards where our boat is.
As we swim out to the boat, I am so thankful that the boys came to the Sandbar with us. It would have gone a lot differently if someone would have had to swim out to the boat to get the guys. Eric could have taken me with them, and no one would have been able to find me. I try to calm myself, but the memory of him pressing himself into me, is making me sick, I need to continue applying myself in my training because I should have been able to get away from them, even with the sand slowing me down.
I finally get to the boat, but Tate had gotten got there first and was watching us swim up as he tells Tyler what happened. Tyler growls loudly in rage and said, “Where were you, Tate?”
“We got stopped by some girls who were flirting with us. How could I have known that they would be there Tyler? I am not physic. I thought she would be safe there it is just a small sandbar and she wanted to go. How could I have known they would be here too? I did warn him to leave her alone and to walk away if he saw her again, and then he said he would get her “willingly or unwillingly” Tate relayed, and he stopped talking because Tyler, Mason, and Braxton all growling loudly. Tate resumes “and that is what started the fight on the beach”.
“He said that, that he would find her again and take her willingly or unwillingly?” Mason asks.
“Yea, he did” Bree responds “and then the boys all started fighting. And then those two sluts approached Jade to fight her, so I stepped up to let them know it would be a fair fight, and that they were going to be losing it. The correctly chose to not engage”
“I have got to learn more moves, I got away from them three times, but Eric still caught me again and tackled me,” I say. “I don’t know enough, and I couldn’t get away. I need to train more, I need to learn more, I am scared” I whisper the last and realize I am crying.
Mason sits down next to me and asks “Are you hurt Jade, where does it hurt right now. The adrenaline is slowing down so you will be able to feel the pain better. What hurts right now?”
“My waist and my wrist’s,” I tell him.
