“Ashley Conner, I need to banish her and her family dad. I gave her plenty of chances and she just kept it up. After I brought her back here to the pack Saturday night after she kissed me in front of Jade, I warned her to leave me alone. The next day she was in my bed naked to greet me when I got back to my hotel. I told her I had met my mate and that I didn’t want her around me anymore, but she continued to harass us” I tell my parents.
“I have actually heard about some of the things that Ashley did but go ahead and tell me your version of what has happened with Ashley” Dad tells me.
“Ashley approached me on Monday when we docked after a day on the lake, she accused me of getting her pregnant to break me and Jade up. Thank you mom for keeping me from making a huge mistake the night I came to visit in February, I hadn’t slept with her for almost 4 months so if she actually was pregnant, it couldn’t have been by me. I Alpha Commanded her to stop harassing Jade and I and told her she was to cause no problems to any other pack members ever again. She still went ahead the next day and found some of the Howling Wolf’s pack members and set up Jade to be kidnapped. Ashley actually told Eric to make sure Jade didn’t come back to Stone Moon pack ever again. She was literally condemning Jade to a life full of abuse. I hate doing it to her parents, but both their daughters are truly terrible people. She literally took them to Jade’s rental house and showed them where they were staying. I just wanted to talk to you both and make sure that it isn’t me just being furious at Ashley for being evil. Jade was almost kidnapped by Eric while Ashley was in the SUV, they even had chloroform with them so she wouldn’t fight him when he tried to take her. I am worried sick over Jade. I don’t know where she is, I need to see her and know that she is safe. I am assuming that she is because she is with her family. But I NEED her, she calms me and makes me happy. I want to see her belly grow with my pups and for her to sit on my lap as mom does in your lap dad. I need help. I need you to help me get this right, so Jade is safe to come here and grow old with me. I don’t want her to be my Luna, she IS my Luna. I would do anything for her. I misspoke and now she thinks I chose to believe Ashley, over Calvin. But it was because I know that when we are banishing people from our pack it is serious and I needed proof against her to do it. I just had to confirm it for myself, I just wanted her to stay behind at the house because I was worried that Eric would take her away and I wouldn’t get to see her again. I am so scared to lose her, and I ended up doing it anyway because Bree said that Jade wants me to just move on, but I don’t want to move on. I love Jade and I don’t want anyone else running this pack with me. Please help me, I don’t know how to fix this dad” I beg my parents and look them in their eyes showing them the unshed tears in mine. “I have fucked this up so badly, but I can’t lose her mom. It would kill me”.
Mom gets up from dad’s lap and comes over to me and gives me a hug. She tells me, “We will help you, Asher, I believe you and sometimes your dad “misspeaks” too, so you totally got it from him. I have already reached out to Luna Joy. We are going to help you and Jade right this relationship. I believe that you both would be crushed if you didn’t become mates. Right now, Jade is safest there, their pack is double the size of ours and she will be taken care of and protected there. Joy has told me how sad Jade is and how much she cried when she got back to Dark Moon. Bree and Dixon told me the beautiful words you said to Jade on the boat. I know you love her baby. We will get this fixed baby. I would love to have Jade as my daughter-in-love. She belongs here with us at Stone Moon, and we already love her so much, even from day one we felt the pull to love her, and we couldn’t figure out why even Dixon who is normally hesitant around girls was 100% in on helping her and protecting her. He actually got her, her very first birthday present, because he felt so bad for all that happened to her on her birthday”. I low growled in jealousy and mom leaned her head back and laughed. Mom continued on, “You will need to thank your brother when he comes home, even when you weren’t thinking because you were so upset, he was, and he already sent the video. We were just waiting on you to come back to discuss it with you before we passed the judgment on Ashley’s actions. She has committed treason by trying to attack the Luna, even though Jade had not accepted it yet, she is still considered to be the Luna. Until you or she reject the mate bond, Jade is the soon-to-be Luna. Your dad has already mind-linked your uncle Bryan to go get the Conner Family. We were waiting on Ashley to return from Lake Havasu as well and she just arrived. They are on their way to the office now and your father is going to handle it. Unless you want to?”
Asher’s perspective
I look towards dad and with my eyebrow raised ask him if that is correct?
He nods and says, “Unless you want to be the one who handles it”.
“Actually, I do want to handle it, I want Jade to know that she can count on and depend on me. That I fixed this for her because I love her, and I DON’T love Ashley. But if I get off from where I need to be dad, please step in to help me. I want to do this right and give them no opportunity for it to be overturned by the Council” I told him.
“It won’t be son, I already contacted the Council and sent them the videos of Ashley meeting Eric and Kyle, to take them to Jade’s rental house. As well as the videos of all the witnesses besides you, eleven in total including Jade’s statement. We needed it to be sent in already as Dark Moon is going to go to war with the Howling Wolf pack in the next few days, and we will be helping them out with it. Jade is your mate, and we will defend her too. Shouldn’t be much of a fight though, Dark Moon is sending 250 of their warriors, and 20 of their marksmen, and we are sending 100 of our warriors. Tyler and Tate are spearheading it Tyler over the warriors, and Tate over the marksmen. Tyler already had busses coming in to transport the men and women going over to Howling Wolf so they wouldn’t be exhausted when they got there. They only expect to have around a total of 10 casualties total. Mainly Eric and his family, Kyle, The Devoe Family, Sophia, and Danica. Anyone who poses a potential threat to Jade is going to be taken care of when they go in. They decided to do it now so Calvin can go in with Tyler and they get the whole Alpha family, and the Devoe’s, before they try to run. They don’t want to give them time to change the set-up of the packhouse, or where people are on their lands. Calvin knows where everyone is and that will help them the most when they get there to attack” Dad tells me.
“I want to go too I can fight, and I am about to be made Alpha. I want to kill Eric with my bare hands for putting his on Jade on the Sandbar and for all he has done to her and what he planned to do to her” I told dad.
“You will need to get with Alpha Harris or Tyler on that one Asher, I was not told that they needed either of us, that Braxton and Mason were both going to go, and our warriors will be getting their orders from them. Alpha Harris was going to stay at his pack, just in case of any problems and Jade will be protected until it is over, Travis will be staying with her until it is over. With their pack not really training and not letting their women train it will be over quickly” My father tells me.
There is a knock at the door, and I get up from the chair in front of the desk and go over to stand next to my father as he calls out that they can come in. I see the Conner family coming into the office, James, and Karen Conner, followed by their daughters Brittany and Ashley, followed by my uncle Bryan who shuts the door as soon as they have taken their seats.
“Hey, Asher,” Ashley says to me grinning. “I missed getting to see you at the Lake. I am glad that you are home now”.
My mom clears her throat and looks pointedly at me.
