After concluding the meeting. I was left with my mate. He gestures for me to go to him and I get up but almost lose my balance as darkness took over for a second. He was in front of me in a second
“Allie, are you alright?” He asks, checking my temperature.
“I’m fine, just felt woozy for a moment,”
“You don’t look well, I’m calling the doctor,” He takes out his phone but I snatch it from him.
“Babe, relax for me. I skipped breakfast, it’s nothing serious,”
He sighs and carries me out of his office bridal style. He takes me to the parking lot where his car is and drives us to a resort.
“Leon, why are we here, we could have gotten some food at the cafeteria,” I pout and he kisses me.
“No, after breakfast, I’m leaving you at the spar to relax,” He tells me sternly.
“But I have a load of work and I need to check on Samantha and Imari for -” He doesn’t let me finish.
“Allie, no work today. You are going to relax and do what girls your age like,”
“What do girls my age do?” I chuckle
“I don’t know, shop, relax, drink and be wild?”
“You want me to go drinking?” I ask, amused.
“You know what I mean,”
I decide not to fight him on this.
My mate meant what he said about leaving me hereafter, nevertheless if I’m to have a spa day, it won’t feel right without Arya so I called her to join me and she was thrilled because she has been busy to have any time to herself.
“Hi, hun!”
I kissed her cheek. She came with a gorgeous pregnant lady with enchanting hair and flawless dark skin.
“Hello, Queen Alyssa. My name is Rosario,” I smiled and took her hand, shaking it.
“I escorted Rosario to the clinic for check-ups and we were together when we called, I hope you don’t mind that she is here,”
“Not at all. So are you girls… ready for the best day ever!” I ask, raising my hand in the air. The two ladies squeal and we go to the spa. Haven.
Rosario is friendly and Witty. She and Arya seem to get along well.
“Ladies are you ready for your massage?” The girls attending to us ask. After more minutes of pampering ourselves, we allow the girls to guide us to a round room made of glass and we lay on the bed.
“Being pregnant is both awesome and appalling like I’m horny all the time,” She laughs, moaning as the masseuse works on her tense muscles.
“I can never imagine,” We say in unison. Rosario sits up and squints her eyes at me,
“What do you mean, I was thinking you were pregnant,”
Alyssa’s POV
“This is interesting,” Smirks Arya, with a wave of her hand everyone leaves the room. The color was leaving my skin and tears welled in my eyes as I touch my stomach. I shook my head in denial. We didn’t plan this and my mate vividly told me we shouldn’t have kids now so I took the pill and I’m fucking nineteen. I was panicking at this point, I stood up and paced the room.
“Are you sure she’s pregnant?”
“I can tell from her skin and choice of food are very familiar to the ones I had, I might be wrong though,” Rosario shrugs.
“When last did you have your menstrual period?” Asks Arya. I squint my eyes, actually remembering that I didn’t get my cycle last month.
“Lately we’ve been so busy that I didn’t even realize-” Fuck! I stare blankly at Arya. She covers her mouth with her hand, inhaling.
“You’ll be fine, I promise,” She assures me. I nod and hug her. However, we had to be sure so we wore our clothes and get go to the nearest pharmacy.
My hands were shaking as I reached to grab the pregnancy test. We went to the bathroom and I peed on the test, the minutes ticked by slowly as we waited, the results were out and it was positive. Oh lord,
“These things are not too reliable, I suggest we take another,” The girls only nodded. Arya passes the second test and the results are the same.
“That’s it, Allie! You’re pregnant! Oh my god, I’m going to be an aunt,” She spread her hand widely and grinned at me. I forced myself to smile but tears rolled down my face. Relax Alyssa, a child is a blessing and even though we didn’t plan for this, I’m sure he’ll love it.
“Congratulations, Luna,” Rosario hugged me quickly and I looked at her belly. We stayed in the pharmacy for a while because I had no strength in me.
‘You’ll be alright, our mate won’t be as ecstatic well, because he’ll fear for us but he will come around,’ My wolf, Chalo assures me.
‘Thanks.’
As Arya talked about how much she will spoil the baby, my mind trailed to my mate. I hope his reaction won’t be too bad. We reached the castle and entered, going straight to the kitchen.
“Luna,” The chefs and assistants bowed and greeted us. I haven’t been here in a while, I went to the pantry to see if I can make some snacks for us but Maggie, the head chef followed
“Luna, are you looking for something? I can get it for you, please just tell me,” She smiled,
“It is alright Maggie, I don’t even know what I’m looking for… I’ll know when I see it,”
Arya and Rosario sat on the island, watching me like a bee. I opened the drawers and picked out the flour, and everything I needed to make chocolate chip cookies. I put my hair in a bun and wear my apron. Washing my hands, I started to mix the flour while I eat berries from a plate.
I baked as many as I could and just as I liked them, soft and chewy. I gave some to the girls who ate with pure gusto! I was proud, I sat with them and ate with them however, I loved the berries so I ate more of them.
