Life’s Spiced Up with Some Werewolf Reads

Chapter 37 – Deceiving my Big Bad Alphas (Kai Savage) Novel Free Online Free by Nina P

Then-electricity.

A current surged through my spine. My body seized, arched, vision flashing white.

Dalton screamed. He was being hit too.

What the f.ck-

Was it the academy’s magic wards? Security protocols?

No.

A voice-fierce, divine-cut through the air:

“You’re going to stop it or I swear to the Goddess I’ll burn your asses to the bone.”

My head lolled to the side, muscles still twitching.

Kai.

They stood at the foot of the bed. Bare feet. Loose shirt. Eyes like molten gold. And sparks- real sparks-danced between their fingers.

“You’re going to be my little puppets,” they said, voice low and furious. “And we’re going to have a long chit-chat. Got it?”

I tried to speak-nothing but a grunt.

Dalton wheezed.

Kai smirked.

“Guess I’ll take that as a peace offering.”

And the lightning stopped.

I collapsed.

Heart pounding. Co.ck-f.uck, harder than ever.

Kai turned slowly, the golden glow of their eyes fading-but not the fury. They were a vision. A goddess.

And I was wrecked.

KAI POV

I couldn’t believe what I woke up to.

My two roommates were beating the shit out of each other.

Naked. Butt naked.

Their cocks were even fully erect.

“Damn, such a sight,” Summer whimpered.

Didn’t need that attitude right now.

What the hell were they doing?!

Why were they fighting?!

And then I heard it. I couldn’t believe my own ears.

I knew something didn’t add up in the bathroom last night, but never-not in my wildest, darkest assumptions-would I have guessed that Dalton had installed cameras. Cameras. To see me naked.

That stalker son of a bitch.

And Derrick! That possessive, egotistical bastard had the audacity to shout that I was his.

Like I was some kind of prize.

Like I was his damn property.

And now Dalton too was screaming the same shit.

That I was his.

Figures. Two naked idiots fighting like animals-of course it’s about me.

This wasn’t just testosterone-fueled madness. This was full-on, rabid alpha territory bullshit. And I wasn’t here for it.

So I did the only reasonable thing.

I electrocuted them.

And boy, did that feel good.

They deserved a slap of reality.

I might look like a pretty little boy to them, soft-spoken and shy, but appearances could be dangerously misleading. Because with the flick of my fingers, I could literally set their asses on fire.

Sparks burst from my hands, and I didn’t hold back. A sharp crackle of energy filled the room, and in a flash of white-hot electricity, they both hit the floor like downed trees.

Once they stopped acting like rabid dogs and agreed to behave, I let the current dissipate.

“Kai!” Dalton wheezed, body twitching.

Derrick groaned from the other side of the room, trying to lift himself on one arm, his hair sticking up like he’d just kissed a lightning bolt.

“What the actual fuck-” Derrick started.

I advanced on them both, my fists still charged, golden light sparking between my fingers.

“You want to explain? Both of you? Now, before I really lose it.”

Derrick wiped the blood from his split lip and sat up, unapologetic. “He was spying on you. In the bathroom. Through cameras.”

“I was not!” Dalton snapped, teeth clenched. “I placed them, yeah. I was stupid. But I never watched-never even turned them on. I swear!”

“Guys!” I roared, energy flaring with the shout. “Are you hearing yourselves?! Do I have to remind you Who is in charge right now? See this?” I raised my hand, sparks dancing like golden snakes between my fingers. “This is mercy. And it’s running out.”

They both shut up. Finally.

I crossed my arms, willing myself to calm down, though the static still danced across my skin. “You do realize I’m standing right here? That I heard everything? That you’re both insane?”

Neither of them answered.

I pointed to Dalton. “You put cameras in the bathroom to spy on me. That’s a fucking crime.”

He opened his mouth, then closed it again.

I turned to Derrick. “And you tried to claim me. Like I’m some prime meat on a platter.”

“You are-” he began.

“Don’t. You. Dare,” I hissed. My voice was low, electric, dangerous.

I turned toward the opened window, needing a second to breathe. The cold air hit my face, grounding me in the only sane thing left in this insane room. I let it cool the fury buzzing under my skin, tried to make sense of the chaos behind me.

“Fine,” I said at last, voice firm. “I can’t handle an entire year with you two fighting over me. What I am, whose I am, and whatever other alpha bullshit you want to throw around.”

I paused, teeth grinding together. Maybe I was going to regret what I was about to do. Hell, I probably would. But right now, it felt like the only way out of the madness.

“I’m going to give you my truth. The real one. And when you see it-when you know-you’re going to give me something in return. A blood oath.”

That got their attention.

They looked at each other, their expressions hardening. Then they started protesting, voices overlapping with declarations that I didn’t need to prove anything, that they didn’t want to see anything, that they already knew-already felt it.

But I didn’t care.

“You will swear. Not because I need your loyalty-but because you owe it to me.” I continued “Break that oath, and I won’t hesitate. I will end you both.”

I needed to know too. I needed proof. For me.

If both of them still claimed to scent me as theirs after I removed the pendant-the charm that suppressed my scent, my true self-then Summer had been right. And even if we were still a week away from my eighteenth birthday, it would mean the bond had already started.

It would mean they were my mates.

And I was in deeper shit than I had ever imagined.

I turned to face them again, the storm inside me calmer now, more focused. “No more games. No more secrets. You’ll see me-who I really am. And then you’ll swear, Swear you’ll protect it. Swear you’ll never speak of it. Swear you’ll die before betraying it.”

They were silent. Not because they disagreed, but because they finally understood the weight of what I was about to reveal.

“Turn around,” I said. “Both of you.”

“Kai-“
