Life’s Spiced Up with Some Werewolf Reads

Chapter 28 – Belladonna The Rejected Luna

Gretta and Hailey appreciated that greatly, saved them having to come down and do that.

She had heard about Parker copping a hell of verbal berating from the human reporters, about what had happened to his first wife.

They’d not even known he’d gotten divorced, yet he was getting remarried.

It had been brought to her attention by one of the 18-year-old she-wolves she’d seen here in the clinic.

Bella, do you know youre in the newspaper? she’d stated as she sat before her scrolling on her phone.

What? Why would I be? Bella had frowned at the young girl.

Whod pulled it up on her phone and turned it to show her.

She’d shaken her head after reading it but said nothing at all.

What could she do? Those in Oklahoma had been hunting for her, and she’d been so busy here she’d not known, but then she’d actually been asked by Gretta to write a short statement to be given to the press to try and help the situation, before that she wolf that was his new mate came here to take a piece of her.

So, she had done as requested, taken a short Skype call about Parker getting remarried.

Had told that human reporter, that they were indeed divorced, that they’d just had no time for each other in their marriage due to him being so busy with his company, and her doing her medical degree and then becoming a doctor.

That they’d kind of lost touch with each other over the years and so had drifted apart, that she’d been the one to ask for the divorce even.

To which Parker had given her everything she’d asked for, and she did not believe he’d cheated on her at all, that it was all amicable.

That she wished him well on his new upcoming marriage.

That had been all she’d stated, she’d allowed that reporter to talk to her over Skype so he could see it was actually her, and not some random woman claiming to be her, to get Parker out of trouble.

He’d questioned her about where she was now, and she’d smiled at him and stated, Working at a university hospital.

And left it at that.

Bella delivered two healthy pups before her own son arrived.

This place already had two pregnant she wolves, though one was from a fully bonded pair and both of them had been allowed to stay there and attend the colleges classes up until the day the pup was born, then off to home after that.

The other had been an accident but was sorting out a mating alliance with the father of the pup, seeing as they got along and had been seen having s * x after knowing they were pregnant as well.

She’d smiled at both couples and their little pups.

When they’d asked her what she was going to name her son, she stated she had decided to wait until she saw what he looked like.

Though she was betting on him having light brown hair with blue eyes, either light or dark due to both her and Parker having the same, though Parkers eyes were much lighter than hers.

She still hadn’t picked a name for him the day he was born, and Freya thought it was funny that she couldn’t do it.

She snorted, fully amused, You should just be born with a name like us 2/4 +10 Point 33 wolves, that would solve the issue.

Fraya told her as they looked down at their son for the first time.

He’d been born on a full moon out in the open area between her apartment and the medical ward she worked from.

She had not made it to the hospital, barely gotten halfway there when she’d had to stop and deliver her son, he’d come hard and fast; took less than 10 minutes from when she’d gone into labour, till he was born and in her arms.

Gil had been on his way to her to make sure she was doing alright, he could deliver babies as well, though it wasn’t his specialty.

He’d put her son into her arms, and chuckled Impatient little fellow I see.

She’d smiled as he’d helped her up, and they’d made their way to the hospital.

Gretta and the other council members were all there to see her pup, and they all smiled down at him.

He got a name yet? they’d all chuckled softly, and she’d shaken her head, as she’d sank down on the bed and Gil had checked him over properly.

Though Freya had already told her he was good and strong, doing well.

She named him the next day, Whitney Hunter Harrington.

Added Hunter, because he was born under the October full moon, the hunters moon.

She was allowed to wear him in a baby holster when working in the hospital, but when off to the prison she left him with a lovely omega named Clair; she was one of the councils nurses that looked after the small children of the warriors families.

She was kind and caring and loved babies as much as Bella herself did.

Life moved on for Bella, and she enjoyed her two years with the council, so much so she opted to stay on for another two year rotation, but then found herself sad to be leaving the place when Whitney was four.

But there was no school here on the council grounds.

Their own warriors returned to their home packs when their pups turned four, and Whitney would have to start school that next year, so leaving now gave them time to get to know everyone and be settled into a new pack, before school started for Whitney next year. Gretta had found her a place that she believed not only would she love but would benefit from her being there.

It was out in Colorado, and it was a place where the Alpha and Luna accepted all manner of rejected and banished, or ones fleeing from one thing or another.

The Hollowed Moon Pack, and they were quite large, a full warrior pack, and had a need for medical staff, only had staff in the interim at this point.

She was given a full run down on the pack and got to have a video chat with the Alpha, Aston.

He seemed nice, and Gretta told her he was expecting a flourish of babies to be born soon.

The pack was predominantly female, and the council was trying to even out the numbers by sending only males to mating balls that were willing to move there if they found a mate.

There was a small school that would be upgraded when it was needed and a small hospital.

They’d lost a few pups in childbirth over the years and Gretta thought she’d do well out there.

Bella had agreed to go there.

It was located north of the Alpha Council, about five hours away, and she went with a full letter from the council herself.

Stating she was a valued member of the Wolfen Council staff, and any issues that may arise in the future for Belladonna, could be redirected to Gretta Rivers for full review.

She’d frowned at Gretta and Bella had asked, Why is that needed? Come on Bella, you know as well as I do.

Even though he relinquished full rights to Whitney, he may come along and change his mind one day.

Bella

Bella arrived at the Hallowed Moon and was passed through the pack gate.

She was met by both the Alpha Aston and his Luna, Mala on the packhouse front step.

They were nice and smiled, welcomed her to the pack, happy that she was willing to be initiated into their pack and be their full time pack doctor.

No more interims that could leave at any time.

She walked into the Alpha’s office with Whitney’s hand in her own.

They were both looking at her son; he was pure blooded, and they both knew it; she herself was Alpha-blooded.

The two of them would bring strength to this pack, especially when Whitney grew up and gained his wolf.

He was going to fit into this warrior pack so well.

Bella sank down in the chair indicated to her and handed over that scroll Gretta had given her, to give to them.

She picked Whitney up and put him on her lap while they read it.

She smiled down at him when he reached up and touched her face, and Freya looked right at him, just for a moment on the surface, and he giggled up at her.

Whitney loved looking up at Freyas eyes, calling them sparkly stars.
