I bit my bottom lip, as he tilted his head, and I reached out to touch his mark, making him shiver. I should probably just ignore this desire, but it was very strong hunger, so I leaned in and bit down hard on my mark on his throat.
Jaxson moaned, and I felt the bond ripple out through my entire body, and I felt a strange sense of relief. I pulled back, and ran my tongue over the mark, before pulling his mouth to mine. We kissed for a moment, before Jax pushed my face away and sank his canines into my throat too, refreshing his mark.
“Better?” He asked after he pulled back, but I now turned on, and didn’t reply. I pulled his mouth back to mine and slipped my fingers down between us, and gripped his hardening c*ck, taking pleasure in the feeling of it growing at my touch.
Jaxson scr*wed me hard and fast against the shower wall until we were both satisfied, we’d never done a quicky, as he called it, and I don’t think either of us wanted to stop, but we had to go to the tower.
By the time we reached the kitchen, Koda was finished eating and chatting with Julia, but they fell silent when we walked in, and Julia looked down at her feet.
“What’s up?” Jax asked suspiciously.
“I’ll go clean the bedroom” Julia said quickly, and rushed off blushing red.
“Did the two of you have a good shower?” Koda smirked, and took a sip of his coffee.
“Yes” Jax answered, sounding confused.
“Perhaps next time, you’ll shut the door” He informed up”Julia was cleaning in the hallway by the bedroom and could hear you”
“Really” I blushed and sat down in embarrassment. I thought back about the shower. I wasn’t quiet, and I think I even screamed a few times.
Koda laughed and placed his coffee down before coming over to me and cupping my face “Don’t worry, I shut the door”
“Thanks” Jax smiled and started filling his plate with food.
Koda kissed my nose and I giggled, and reached for the coffee, but I spilled it, and the hot liquid flowed over me hand.
“F*CK!” Jax shoved the jug away and grabbed my hand “GET ICE!”
“I’m fine!” I quickly pulled my hand back and the twins froze “I don’t feel any pain”
I looked down at my hand “Must be because I’m a Phoenix” I shrugged “It makes sense, I don’t feel fire either”
“Well that’s good, I guess” Koda said “Come wash your hand under cold water anyway”
“Cody, I’m fine” I laughed and just wiped the hot coffee away, and started soaking up the liquid with a napkin.
“Do you feel the heat when you’re in the shower?” Jax asked.
“I’m sure she felt the heat this morning” Cody smirked.
“Koda” I giggled “And I do feel it, lately though, it’s feels hot, but it doesn’t really warm me, I only ever feel proper heat when the two of you touch me”
“Then I guess we’ll have to hold you and keep you warm” Koda reached over and hugged and kissed me.
“So” Jax sounded serious for some reason “Do you always feel cold?”
“I guess” I shrugged, and started eating “I’m used to it though, why?”
The twins looked at each other for a split second, and I sighed in annoyance.
“You do realize that I notice when you two do that, don’t you?” I complained “What’s going on”
Koda got up and closed the kitchen door, and returned to his seat, looking troubled.
“Okay, we have to talk to you about something, but..” Jax hesitated “Please don’t be too mad at us, we were just trying to protect you”
“Which means you’ve done something stupid” I put my toast down, and sat back.
“Before you were taken by Troy, we may have… locked Nolan up” Koda told me.
“You did what?”
“We let him out” Jax said quickly “He helped us find you in the woods”
“How was he able to find me?” I asked “Why did you even lock him up?”
Koda took a deep breath “Because he’s your Keeper” He told me “Or at least we think he is, he keeps denying it, like a damn child”
I sat back silently “How did he find me?”
“Some strange spell in a fire” Jax answered.
“So… my dreams were visions, he is my Keeper”
“Yes, it seems that way”
“And you locked him up because?”
“We wanted answers” Jax answered “And..”
“And what?”
“Jealousy” He admitted “We don’t want you to have a connection with anyone else”
“Especially another man” Koda added “The b*stards in love you, and we can’t risk losing you”
“He said he’s in love with me?”
“He said he loved you, but it’s the same thing” Jax growled.
“Well, I don’t care about his feeling’s, I love the two of you” I told them “You’re the only men I’ve ever been with. How could you not trust me!?”
“It’s not you we don’t trust” Koda touched my arm, but I pulled away.
“Really?” I snapped “Because you’re acting like you don’t trust me”
“Would you want either of us around a woman who claimed loved us?” Jaxson asked.
I frowned at him, and looked at Koda, Blake loved him, and I wasn’t letting her anywhere near him, even though I trusted he wouldn’t betray me.
“I want to know everything” I demanded.
The twins looked troubled, but confessed to everything I didn’t know, or at least, I think they told me everything. They told how they’d locked up Noland, and how they confronted him after my abduction. They explained how Noland tracked me using Jaxson’s bracelet, and everything that they’d spoken about on Saturday.
To my horror, they filled me in on Troy’s real death and how I’d been the one to kill him, which meant, my dream about meeting my twins wasn’t a dream, it was real.
They even told me about my mother meeting the Queen mother before my birth. Had she been the one who’d killed my mother? Or was it rogues like Troy had told me.
