Martha jumped at me but I crouched down and kicked her stomach with my knees twice and she landed against the tree. Claps erupt from bystanders. She got up and fully shifted into her huge Lycan. My wolf was so ready to take her and I braced myself to shift just as she lunged at me but she didn’t reach me. My mate had her by the throat. He lifted the Lycan with ease and threw her harshly against the tree, the fall was so hard even though he didn’t use too much strength. Martha was whimpering and shifting back into her human form.
“No shifting during this training,” He growled.
Caliana’s POV
“No shifting during this training,” He growled, his eyes stuck on Garret. Whatever he told him made him look at me and ordered.
“My office now,”
I followed the Alpha to a huge room, it smelt just like him as I looked around his office, I didn’t realize he was standing in front of me, shirtless might I add, he was so HOT. My heart rate picked up as my eyes traveled his torso in admiration once again like it was the first time I’m seeing him and my wolf purred in my head.
“Are you done?” His voice pulled me back. I cleared my throat and blinked at him
“Excuse me?”
“The gawking, “
“Oh yes,” I answered absentmindedly only to realize what I said. I flushed red and I turned from him in embarrassment. My clear attraction for this man shall be the end of me.
My breath caught in my chest when he grabbed my hand, I looked at the hand holding me up to his eyes, Alpha Edward had a teasing look in his beautiful gaze.
“You want me,” He knew that I was turned on and he pressed me slightly against his bulge, making my core throb. I seriously needed to get my mind together. I was about to ask why he asked to see me but he bent down to kiss my neck, it made my whole body shiver and my eyes closed, enjoying how his breath fanned my soft spot.
“Al- Alpha- You-” I stuttered like a fool. He was touching my sides now and the tingles were making me drowsy with desire. I was trying hard to keep my mind straight but when it came to this man, I was a goner. Alpha Edward was torturing me, he was enjoying this sick game, turning me on purpose.
“Don’t,” I whispered and he pulled away from me, I wanted to wince from the sudden coldness, I didn’t know just how warm he made me.
“Don’t act shy now, you were begging me to take you last night,” His voice deepened ” Even now, I can smell your arousal,” He continued and I couldn’t hear any more of this,
“Stop,” I said firmly.
“I hate your type of woman. You pretend to be so innocent and good so everyone is drawn to you yet you are so immoral, you seek out men’s attention to feel valid and I bet you can betray me-” I didn’t let him finish when my fist connected to his cheek, his head turned to the side at the impact and he amusingly touched his cheek without tearing his gaze from me.
“You have no right to talk to me like that,” Tears welled in my eyes but I didn’t cry, I couldn’t, ever. This man didn’t deserve it.
“What is it you want, Alpha, you rejected me yet you can’t say it out loud, if you loathe me as much as you say, do it… REJECT ME AND LET ME GO!” I shouted, hitting his chest.
I would do it myself but I won’t risk what my father built to go to hell, I love my pack too much and if the Golden Stone withdraws their support, we will be back to being a target and the company will go into bankruptcy.
I was shaken violently by him, “I CAN’T LET YOU GO!” He roared.
“Why?” I asked, broken.
“Because you’re mine,” He whispered, looking into my eyes, there was a moment of silence and my heart lit up with something.. Hope, yes, hope of a love, that just maybe he might love me and that’s why he’s not rejecting me but he spoke again and crashed that feeling
“You are mine, Caliana Meyers, mine to do I please with because I paid for you,”
I turned around and tried to walk away from him but he grabbed my waist and forced a kiss on me, a kiss that was savage and possessive, I’ve never been kissed this way before in my life. I struggled against his hold to no avail, he bit my lips and I opened my mouth. He shoved his tongue into my mouth, I was tempted to kiss him back but I couldn’t… No, we hate him. I lifted my knee and kicked his balls with all my power, making him stagger and I punched him again, while he was regaining himself. I opened the door and ran away from the scene. I couldn’t stay in the field any longer so I ran to the closest forest, I needed to shift, it has been ages since I did and I know it will hurt like a bitch. I looked for a secluded area and I spotted a clearing but I wasn’t too lucky to reach it. I met Candace and June, but I didn’t recognize the other girl with pigtails.
“Hello, our dearest werewolf Luna,”
Caliana’s POV
The girls looked at me with malice and I knew that they were about to do something bad, I looked around but didn’t see any patrol. I backed away as I sized them up, I couldn’t fight them all at once, not now at least.
“Hello Luna,” Candace greeted coldly,
“Here for a good time again? You didn’t find me when you came to my room earlier so you decided to paint my walls instead,” I said sarcastically.
“Except this time no one brought red lipstick, it is my favorite,” She retorted.
“Whatever shall we do about that?” I sighed, pretending to think.
“Yes, what to do,” June sighed, inspecting her sharp claws.
“Wait, I have a better idea,” The other girl raised her hand. She had a pretty round face and was wearing a small pink flared skirt and a white tuck-in shirt. One could tell she wasn’t the smartest of the group and when she spoke, my suspicions were right
“I can run and get some, my house is not too far from here,” The other two girls groaned and the girl frowned, not knowing why her friends reacted the way they did. I smiled at her
“That is a very good idea, run along now,” She smiled at me and ran in another direction before Candace could stop her. Now that the dummy was gone, it left me with the two bimbos.
“Pink is a disgrace,” Candace sighed and moved her malicious gaze back to me. She started to approach and I readied myself for a fight. While we stared each other down, her friend, June, moved past me and was standing behind me. Candace threw a punch but I ducked and she hit her partner behind. June kicked my legs and I fell to the ground, I quickly got up and grabbed her hair, pulling it and hitting her in the stomach a few times with my knee, she clawed my side and I let go of her. She staggered still breathing heavily. I used this opportunity to fight Candace, unlike Martha or June, she was actually strong.
I underestimated her. I extended my claws and scratched her neck, it was deep and blood oozed, her eyes bulged at what I had done and she retaliated by kicking me into a tree and clawing me while she could. I was disoriented by the impact and June jumped at me, hitting my side repeatedly while the other kicked me until I fell to the ground. They both kicked my whole body with their legs and I covered my face.
“Not so strong now!” I heard a sneer. My whole body was burning and my head pounded in pain after the blows I received.
“I brought the lipsticks, I couldn’t find red, only baby Pink… Wait for a second, what are you guys doing,” I heard Pink’s distant voice.
“What do you think?”
“She’s the Luna, the Alpha will punish you for this,” The dummy’s voice was laced with fear, she crouched down and inspected me
“Pink, Martha is in the hospital because of her,”
“Well- well, it… was her fault for going at her,” She stuttered, her voice shaky. She was scared.
“I can’t let you do this, my father was recently promoted to general and if he finds out about this, he will disown me,” She said, her voice resolute. Pink was standing in front of me, her stance protective
“Pink! How can you do this? We are your friends,” June said in utter shock, not believing that Pink was against them.
“I know but please, we shall be banished for this, she warned you already, remember,”
“Only the Alpha can punish us and he sure would not side with this cunt over me, and besides, if he gets angry, I can only soothe him the way I know how, in bed with rounds of sex,” Candace spoke confidently and my heart shattered, I knew it was true, the Alpha can never side with me against these pests. I was shocked that Pink didn’t waver in her stance.
“You’ve done enough, she’s barely conscious, do you want to kill her?”
