Girl? Fuck you too dude. “My name is Nina and I was coming back from Club 77 and the rogues ran into my vehicle and Matt told you the rest.” I said.
“And where are you staying?”
“In some cabins about 15 minutes from here.”
“I see, well, I want to be sleeping right now, so this is what will happen. You will be transported back to your cabin by one of my guards and they will keep guard and then, in the morning, they will bring you back to the pack house and we will revisit this in the morning. You understand me?”
Cocking my eyebrows at him, I decided this was not a battle I wanted to die on. “Yes, sir.”
“Good, Liam, you’re in charge. Don’t fuck this up.” A younger male looking around 20 stepped forward. He was lean but muscular, shoulder-length sandy brown hair and blue eyes. He had quite the baby face but I am sure he could turn deadly if needed.
“Yes, Sir”, Liam grabbed under my arm and yanked me up.
I yelled out as my leg hadn’t completely healed yet. “The fuck” I said, yanking my arm out of his grip. “Just fucking ask next time”, I said as I made my way to his 4-wheeler.
The alpha had an amused face on but said nothing and turned around and ran off. I climbed on and Liam slid into the front and took off. I kept my distance as much as possible from him. He pissed me off. I should throw him off just for fun.
Soon, we made our way back to the cabin and my leg was sore but it felt okay. I limped my way to my room. Opening the door, Liam scoped out the place before returning and sitting on the couch.
“Who is in the other room? I saw men’s clothing?” Liam drawled, he had quite the accent.
“A friend who is not coming back tonight” is all I said as I shut and locked my bedroom door. I needed to shower to get all this dried blood off me. Turning the water on and letting it warm up, I took my destroyed pants off and slipped my shirt, underwear and bra off. Getting under the water, I let my back get the direct spray from the water and let it roll down my body, massaging my muscles. What a fucking night.
“You could go and fuck that bodyguard” Raven pipped up.
“Hell no, he has asshole written all over him.”
“Yeah well, you don’t need to speak to him to fuck him.”
Fucking horny wolf. Since I have my virginity, I don’t think I will be jumping any guys tonight. I got out of the shower, slipped on shorts and a t-shirt and was asleep before my head hit the pillows.
Bang Bang Bang! “Get up princess, time to go!” Liam yelled. It takes me a minute to remember what all happened yesterday. Stupid fucking guard. There are a lot better ways to wake someone up than banging on their door. Groaning, I threw the blankets off and slid out of bed, making my way to the bathroom.
“Fuck off” I mumbled loud enough for him to hear. I knew he heard me by the chuckling I heard from behind the door. I made a point to slam the bathroom door behind me. Which didn’t really matter, since I had forgotten all my clothes and towel. Sighing, I walked back out, grabbed what I needed and went to take a scolding hot shower.
After showering, I got dressed in simple blue jeans, white t-shirt, boots and left my hair to air dry in a side braid. I decided I didn’t need to dress to impress the Alpha. I don’t know what it means now that Zach found his mate. As much as it hurts, he will end up staying here with her. Should I leave and travel alone? I could see myself staying here. I do enjoy the quiet the forest brings. Well, I put this off as much as I could, time to go see the stupid alpha and get this over with. If he turns out to be a huge ass, I don’t have to stay. I can always leave.
Walking out of my bedroom, I saw Liam lounging on the couch with a fresh cup of coffee.
“I made a pot; I hope you don’t mind. You don’t seem like a morning person so I figured that is what you needed!” Liam said with a smirk as he took a sip. I gave him a look that said fuck off and stomped my way to the fridge and pulled out a Dr. Pepper and walked to the front door. I opened it and walked right out without seeing if he was following me. After a second, I heard the door shut and lock, so I knew he got the hint. Making my way to the car, I opened the pop and took a large drink. Nothing is better than the feeling of Dr. Pepper hitting your soul first thing in the morning.
“When I see a face with that expression it is usually after I made her cum” Liam said as he slid into the car.
Coughing from slightly chocking on my drink, I climbed into the car. “You think this is my cum face? You must not have made many women cum before then!” I stated firmly.
“Hmm, well, I can say I have had my fair share but you will be worth it.”
“Worth what? You will never get into my panties.”
“We will see about that” Liam said quietly, and started driving to the packhouse.
“Tell me about the alpha.” I said after about 5 minutes.
“He is strict but fair. He does not take disrespect and can spot a liar a mile away. Alpha Paul is not someone you want to cross.” Liam said after a minute of thinking. I saw him flinch a little and wondered what happened to make him do that.
I didn’t respond after that. I wasn’t exactly nervous, but I wasn’t ready to tell him my story. I didn’t fully understand my story as it was. Maybe I will just keep it simple and straight to the facts. I saw Liam look at me a few times trying to gauge my reactions, but I wasn’t giving anything away. I am trained to keep a straight face and feeling inside at all times.
Hearing gravel under the tires pulled me out of my thoughts. We were here. The packhouse was more like a mansion! It was huge! Stones were covered with grass and shingles of grey color, black shutters framed the windows with a flower box on the bottom of each. The lawn was nicely manicured. They did little to disrupt the natural forest and did more to blend in.
I saw two people standing at the front French doors. One I knew instantly as Alpha Paul and the other was a little lady who was tucked in his arms. Must be his Luna. She was a petite but tall woman with brown hair that shined red when the sun hit it. I walked up to them with Liam by my side.
