Without warning, the second stroke landed on her ass, causing her to raise her feet and curl her toes.
“Two,” she bit her lip, letting out a sharp gasp.
“Do you like it?” I asked in a gruff voice. My body ached to pin her against the table and fuck her brains out.
“Five!” she screamed, moaning. Her release trickled down her legs as they shook. Her ass was bright red now. I loved them red. It turned me on greatly.
I tossed the belt aside, releasing my zipper and setting my throbbing cock free. I plunged deep into her, her painful screams filling the air. I didn’t let her recover before I shoved myself deeper, grabbing a fistful of her hair as I continued to give her hard, punishing strokes.
“You can’t even father a child!”
Anger rose in my chest as the bastard’s voice echoed in my head. The mockery in his tone provoked me further. I would prove to him that I could father children.
I was hurting Rosa, but I didn’t care. I would prove to the bastard that I could have an heir and put an end to this madness. Like an animal, I claimed her, bending her in unimaginable ways as I kept giving her deep, relentless strokes.
“Fuck!” I groaned as I felt my release nearing. I pulled out immediately, replacing my cock with my fingers.
I felt a pang of guilt the instant horror filled her eyes as she quickly bent over to pick up the broken dishes. The air in the room grew tense, and all attention focused on us. She was in deep trouble. I knew it.
“Take care of it,” I ordered another maid, who jumped to the task without hesitation.
I lifted her, moving her away from the glass so it wouldn’t prick her, but she withdrew her hands from mine immediately, leaving my hands feeling empty. Her hands were so soft, I almost let out a purr.
Confusion hit me when her eyes widened in shock, and she moved away from me, running without looking back. Strange sparks flooded me again, sending shivers down my spine.
Why do I feel so strangely drawn to her? Why did she behave like that?
I adjusted quickly, walking into the hall as if nothing had happened, but I didn’t miss the look my Beta shot me. I was as surprised as he was.
“I want to know everything about that girl. Start your investigations now!” I mind-linked Jasper, ignoring his questions.
Aurora
I didn’t know which terrified me more: breaking the Alpha’s favorite set of dishes or breaking the dishes on the Alpha King’s body.
Both punishments would be hell, but I would prefer Nathalia’s punishment to that of the Alpha King.
My mind went blank, and my heart leapt to my chest as the dishes crashed loudly on the floor, shattering immediately. I was dead meat.
I quickly bent over, trying to collect the broken pieces, ignoring the cuts that pierced my fingers.
But then a deadly aura hit my nose, awakening all of my senses.
Panic seized me as the realization of what I had done set in. I couldn’t think of anything else but running for my life. I didn’t want him to kill me in the most unimaginable way.
Rumors had it that he could gouge out your eyes if you looked at him the wrong way. He could cut your tongue if you spoke without permission. Worst of all, he could cut your ears if you listened to things you weren’t supposed to.
He was a savage wild beast, a ruthless Alpha King who had ruled over the werewolves for years. His name sent a chill down your spine-not the kind that gives you butterflies in your stomach, but the kind that makes you feel terrified.
His castle sat high in the hills, far from the boundaries of other packs.
He had been a terror to both men and wolves for decades. He wasn’t called the Demon Alpha King for nothing. He was the most cruel and merciless King. No one dared mess with him, or he’d tear them limb from limb and send them to hell afterwards.
He had been given many names because of his ruthlessness, but he was the worst thing that could happen to anyone. To his enemies, he was their nemesis, their worst nightmare.
There were so many stories about him that I didn’t even know his real name.
Even Dad knew. His brief lecture about staying out of his lane makes sense now.
But why would Dad even invite someone who could wipe us all out?!
Though I hadn’t met him and didn’t know what he looked like, the chief maid had taken the time to warn me about his arrival beforehand. She instructed me to steer clear of him at all costs. She told me that if he decided to kill anyone-even my father-the Alpha wouldn’t object because he didn’t want to be on the wrong side of the Alpha King. But I had messed up big time, and I was certain he would kill me after the meeting.
The news of my death would please Nathalia and my mother.
My fingers slid down, brushing the spot that had touched the Alpha King, and I could feel my cheeks heat up in excitement.
I could still remember the strange, electrifying feeling that ran down my spine, causing a vibration deep inside me. I didn’t know why it happened.
My brows furrowed in confusion as I stared at the spot. I hadn’t felt that way before.
Deep down, I knew he felt the same-that was why he had glared at me for a few seconds.
His deadly aura shifted to a calmer, strangely soothing presence. His delicious scent of honey and petrichor invaded my nose, calming my troubled mind… and his eyes-there was something about his eyes. They were penetrating, as if digging deep into my soul. But I could swear they softened when they rested on me. For a moment, I wasn’t scared of him.
It was strange how he was rumored to be a fire-breathing monster, but all I saw was a charming Greek god in human form.
Focus!
My subconscious screamed at me.
What was wrong with me?!
I was in big trouble, yet I was shamelessly drooling over a cruel monster and even biting my lip?!
Even if he didn’t kill me, Nathalia would, because I’d broken my father’s favorite set of dishes.
Fuck me!
I jumped in fright the moment the door opened, but when a familiar figure strode in, I heaved a sigh of relief. It was Eve, the chief maid. Despite Nathalia’s harshness, Eve was so good to me. She was my friend.
“What have you been doing here? It’s been over 15 minutes!” she half-yelled.
“15 minutes?!” I repeated, my jaw dropping in shock. I had been drooling over the Alpha King for 15 minutes?!
Goddess!
“Anyway, Ma’am Nathalia told me to give you this,” she said, stretching out a tray that held a glass jug filled with orange juice.
Not another glass again!
I hoped I wouldn’t spill this one.
“Please, Rory, be careful this time. I know the first one wasn’t your fault, but you have to concentrate. It’s easy. Just go in, do your business, and leave,” she said sharply, caressing my cheek before patting my shoulder and urging me to go. “May the goddess be with you this time,” she prayed, placing a gentle kiss on my forehead and opening the door for me.
“I know you didn’t steal Nathalia’s-” she stopped, turning carefully to meet my gaze with a warm smile. “Even if no one believes you, I believe you,” she added. Tears welled up in my eyes at her words.
It felt good to know that someone believed me.
“Thank you for believing in me,” I whispered, giving her a faint smile before heading toward the dining hall.
“Concentrate, Aurora. Just do your business and leave,” I repeated as I walked out the door and into the dining room.
Do your business and leave.
Easy peasy, lemon squeezy!
When I reached the door of the hall, beads of sweat formed on my forehead, and anxiety cloaked me like a heavy garment.
How was I supposed to concentrate when his aura was driving me insane?!
It was everywhere in the mansion, overwhelming everyone’s presence.
Before the guards opened the door, I shut my eyes, took a deep breath, and slowly released the air while muttering a short prayer.
“Do your business and leave,” I reminded myself, repeating it over and over in my head.
I tightened my fingers around the tray and swallowed hard as I got closer to where they sat.
